Work Stages
Removal of Existing Weeds
Clearing existing grass within the designated rectification areas, including unwanted vegetation and associated debris, to prepare the ground for reinstatement.
Soil Preparation and Backfilling Works
Loosening and conditioning the exposed soil, removing unsuitable material, and backfilling with planting soil where required to achieve the desired levels and support healthy root development.
Ground Levelling and Grading
Refining ground levels to address uneven surfaces, form consistent turf profiles and tie into adjacent areas, with falls aligned to the site’s drainage requirements.
Turf Installation
Laying new turf over the prepared ground with closely fitted joints and firm contact between the turf and soil. Careful finishing around edges and adjoining surfaces creates a neat, continuous appearance.
Watering, mowing and weeding during establishment, with monitoring of turf condition and replacement of unsuccessful patches where necessary to encourage even coverage and healthy growth.
